It’s contains every thing you need to get started with Ceroc and will help you to master the beginner moves.

It will show you how to do turns and returns plus the art of spinning. Guys there’s a section on how to lead and Ladies a section on how to follow.  Posture is explained, as are the signals and how to twist out, side step and sway step. Plus there’s great routine of a selection of beginner ceroc moves 

All taught by Emma Petit, Ceroc’s own Head of Dance. There’s so much on it that you’ll be able to “turn your home into a Ceroc Venue” and learn in your lounge at your own pace.

How do I get one ?

As a new member you will be given a voucher for your free DVD which you simply hand in to the front desk on your 2nd visit to any of our ceroc classes or other events such as Cerocshops, and the DVD is yours!

I joined before the offer .. can I have one?

Yes…. Just introduce a new member and not only will your friend get a DVD, but we’ll also give you a free DVD as a big, big  thank you !

I’ve been going to Ceroc for years … but would like to refresh my knowledge ……. can I have one ?
